Perkins Williamson Associates, Inc. (PWA) was founded in 1995 by Dr. Addie Perkins Williamson. During the past 25+ years, PWA has emerged as one of the most successful boutique consulting firms with an impressive roster of clients ranging from Fortune 500 conglomerates to small, fast-growing companies.
Our mission at PWA is to help organizations of all sizes and types maximize their likelihood of success, particularly as we enter the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0.
This new Fourth Industrial Revolution is quite different from the three previous Industrial Revolutions—steam and water power, electricity and assembly lines, and computerization—because it challenges our ideas regarding how work gets done, how we lead and manage people, and even what it means to be human. It requires our adaptation to a more digital-technical workplace by learning new business, leadership, and functional skills. Some organizations may find themselves left behind in the wake of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Founder & CEO
Dr. Addie Perkins Williamson enjoyed an immensely successful career as a senior executive with IBM, The Chase Manhattan Bank, Pfizer, Inc., The Pepsi Cola Company, and American Express, before instituting PWA in 1995. As an organizational psychologist, she is focused on peoples behavior in the work-setting.

In this 25+ year period, Dr. Addie and her select team of 10-25 associates have created and executed projects to improve the link between performance, rewards, and recognition for their clients, such as:
